I can see you put a lot of work into it. But... It is quite bland. i am not hating on you i am just give heavy suggestions.
The rooms are all the same except for a few rooms here and there. Way too many chests and no mob spawners command blocks or anything. It will be random if you run into any monsters at all...

Also in the item room there was a story about Isaac but that should be before he jumps down the trap door and there should be i don't know but you get my point. A powerful bow. Infinity. Enchanted Armour. A item to help. Please if you are going to make a squeal. And i recommend you do because i can tell you spent A LOT of time on this. Please listen to what i have said to make better maps. better reviews. i just want you to do the best you can. and with some adjust meant to that map. i and others would love it.
